SOMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vegetarian and Alcohol Free Venue 
Soma is strictly a vegetarian and alcohol free venue.

Behaviour & Noise Policy  
Soma has a strict policy concerning noise. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10:00 pm. Soma reserves the right to request people who are making too  much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds  will be applicable. 

Internet  
Soma provides guests with free wifi internet. The operation  of any internet connection during this reservation is not  guaranteed and may be disrupted or not available.  Soma offers this service on a fair use policy. 

Other Guests
Only confirmed attendees are to be onsite during our retreat. No other guests.

CONDENSED RADIANCE RETREAT LIABILITY WAIVER

Please read this waiver for the Condensed Radiance Retreat. Once you have read and understood, please fill in your name and email below, click the checkbox to indicate you agree and submit.

  1. I am participating in the Condensed Radiance Retreat offered by Kate Henry Yoga, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, and meditation. I will possibly be taking swims and going on bush walks. I recognise that these activities require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

  2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Condensed Radiance Retreat and any travel precautions. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the Condensed Radiance Retreat.

  3. I will inform Kate Henry via email of any health related issues I have that may affect me whilst participating in the Condensed Radiance Retreat.

  4. I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this Retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the Retreat and will alert Kate Henry yoga of my pregnancy and will modify and customise the practices as needed. 

  5. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Condensed Radiance Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any activities I participate in as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided.

  6. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Condensed Radiance Retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Soma Resort and Kate Henry for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Kate Henry or Soma Resorts for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

  7. Travel Insurance is recommended.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

I acknowledge that I have had ample opportunity before agreeing to the above to get independent legal advice about it.
